Clinically relevant: A randomized controlled trial showed that eight weeks of shilajit significantly increased the serum marker for collagen type I synthesis. In dogs with arthritis, a 120-day observational study showed reductions in pain and inflammation. A 2025 review confirmed its safety and anti-inflammatory effect in humans. <\/p>\n
