Microbe Guard – Internal is a carefully formulated essential oil blend for oral ingestion that provides systemic support for microbial imbalance. The combination of oregano, thyme and lemon has been developed for targeted, short-term use as a supplement to existing supplements and protocols.

Microbe Guard Internal Essential oil

Description

In the event of prolonged or increased microbial load, additional support may be required. Microbe Guard – Internal has been developed as a compact, targeted oil blend that becomes systemically available through oral administration.

The selected essential oils contain bioactive plant compounds that are known for their influence on bacterial membranes, biofilms and the microbial environment. Due to the limited composition (only three oils), the formula remains uncluttered and more tolerable than wider blends, while maintaining systemic action.

The oils in this formula:

  • Oregano contains carvacrol, which is known for its ability to disrupt bacterial and yeast membranes, making microorganisms vulnerable.
  • Thyme supports the intracellular accessibility of other substances and works synergistically with oregano.
  • Lemon has a mild antimicrobial effect and supports liver and bile function, contributing to better tolerance and processing of the blend.

Microbe Guard – Internal is intended for temporary deployment for up to 1 week followed by 1 week of rest, always in addition to other forms of support such as NAC/berberine, lactoferrin, medicinal mushrooms and microbiome-targeted interventions such as the gut protocol. The product is not intended for long-term daily use.

Ingredients

  • Ingredients
    • MCT oil
    • Essential oils of Thyme (Thymus vulgaris – ct. linalool), Lemon (Citrus limon) and Oregano (Origanum vulgare)

Dosage and use

  • Dosage
    • Use orally only when advised by a therapist, doctor, or veterinarian.
    • Use for a maximum of 7 days in a row, then rest for a week and use again for 7 days if necessary.
      • Human:
        • 3 drops 1x daily
        • 2x daily 3 drops in case of high infection rate
        • mix with 1 teaspoon of MCT oil or honey
      • Dog:
        • Mix with MCT oil or small amount of food
        • 1x daily 1 drop per 10 kg body weight
        • 2x daily in case of high infection pressure
        • Dilute dogs under 10kg 1 drop and give half the dose.
      • Cat: do not use
      • Horse
        • 3–5 drops 1x daily in oil or mash
  • Manual
    • Mix drop with oil, honey or small amount of food.
    • Not intended for long-term daily use.
  • Contraindications
    • Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
    • Not suitable for cats and dogs < 6 months
    • Do not use in case of severe liver problems
    • Do not combine with blood thinners without consultation
    • Always take diluted, never pure

Side effects

  • Stomach or intestinal complaints with too high a dose
  • Nausea in sensitive animals
  • Temporary stool change
  • Stop in case of complaints and reduce dosage or pause.

Interactions

  • May affect the effect of anticoagulants
  • Combine with other strong antimicrobials with caution
  • Always combine with microbiome support
