Description

This product supports with: bad breath (halitosis), gum inflammation (gingivitis), plaque formation, support of the oral microbiome and prevention of tartar. As a supplement to brushing your teeth or using ozone cream.

How does Oral Support work?

Oral health in animals is often underestimated. Plaque is a biofilm of bacteria that adheres to the surface of the tooth. When that biofilm mineralizes, tartar is formed, which causes gum disease. Chronic gingivitis can contribute to systemic inflammatory processes in the heart, kidneys and liver via the bloodstream. Good oral care is therefore not only cosmetic, but has a direct relationship with overall health.

Oral Support works on three levels: antibacterial via super mint, fennel and coriander which disrupt biofilm formation, anti-inflammatory via copaiba (beta-caryophyllene modulates prostaglandin synthesis) and myrrh (traditional gum remedy with antibacterial and resinous properties), and soothing on the mucous membranes via lavender. Rosemary supports the antioxidant balance in the oral environment.

Composition

Super mint & Fennel

Fresh scent and mild antibacterial effect. Disrupt biofilm formation of oral bacteria.

Coriander & Copaiba

Antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. Copaiba modulates prostaglandin synthesis via CB2 receptors and supports healthy gums.

Myrrh & Rosemary

Traditionally used for gum problems. Myrrh has antibacterial and tissue-supporting properties. Rosemary contributes to antioxidant balance.

Lavender

Calming and soothing on mucous membranes. Improves tolerability of the spray.
