NGD Care’s Liposomal Daily Multi is designed to be a complete daily basic formula for people who want to keep their micronutrient status at a high and stable level. The multivitamin is based on organic fruit and vegetable extracts with all essential vitamins and minerals in easily absorbable forms, with the liposomal phosphatide matrix (sunflower lecithin) ensuring improved cell absorption and a mild effect on the gastrointestinal tract.

This Daily Multi supports energy metabolism, nervous system, immune system, antioxidant protection and hormonal processes. The B vitamins are present in active forms, including pyridoxal-5-phosphate (B6), methylcobalamin (B12) and methylfolate, making the conversion in the body minimally burdensome. Vitamins D3 and K2 (MK-7) work together for bone metabolism, calcium regulation, and cardiovascular health.

The formula also contains essential minerals such as iron, selenium, iodine and chromium, supporting detox processes, thyroid function, mitochondrial energy production and antioxidant pathways. Manual

Allergy information

Contraindications
- Hypercalcemia (by vit D + K combination → doctor’s advice)
- Thyroid disorders (iodine consultation necessary)
- Iron accumulation (hemochromatosis)
- B12 hypersensitivity (rare)
Side effects
- Mild and rare: slightly nauseous when taken on an empty stomach, warm sensation (B3), energy fluctuations at first, mild bowel reaction
Interactions
- Vitamin K2
  - May decrease the effect of warfarin/acenocoumarol . → check INR at start/stop.
- Iron:
  - Binds with: magnesium, calcium, zinc, antibiotics (tetracyclines, quinolones, thyroid hormone
    → always separate from this medication for 2–4 hours.
- Vitamin B6 (P5P)
  - Enhances enzyme pathways involved in neurotransmitter production → synergy with antidepressants
  - High intake long-term → neuropathy (no risk at your dosage)
- Chromium Picolinate
  - May slightly lower blood glucose → cautious in antidiabetic medications
- Zinc
  - Reduces uptake of tetracyclines & quinolones (distance: 2–4 hours)
- Vitamin D3
  - Synergy with magnesium, K2 and omegas
  - May affect calcification in kidney disease → consultation
- Selenium
  - Synergistic with thyroid hormone (T4→T3 conversion)
