Mechanism of action and composition

Volatile compounds are absorbed through the lungs via inhalation, while topical application provides support at the skin and lymphatic level. The combination of phenol-rich and milder oils indirectly affects biofilms, membranes and the microbial environment.

  • Oregano supports microbial balance via membrane disruption.
  • Thyme ct. thymol contributes to the destabilization of biofilms.
  • Cinnamon bark supports by influencing enzyme and energy systems of microorganisms.
  • Cloves support yeasts and fungi and biofilm structures.
  • Manuka has a soothing and balance-supporting effect.
  • Ravintsara mainly supports viral load and respiratory tract.
