Terms and Conditions for the NGD Care Affiliate Program of NGD Care supplements.
1. Target group
The NGD Care Affiliate Program is exclusively open to: • Professionals, such as natural therapists or veterinarians. •Persons or organisations active in animal health care.
2. Commission and Fees
•Affiliates receive a standard commission of 15% per sale through their unique link. • With a monthly turnover above €2500, affiliates receive an additional 5% commission. •The commission is only awarded if:
- The sale has been completed and payment has been successfully received.
- The product has not been returned or cancelled within the statutory cooling-off period.
•Minimum withdrawal: €25. • Commissions are paid by bank transfer (IBAN) within a period of 14 days after request. •Only sales in EUR count towards the commission.
3. Promotion Policy
•Affiliates will receive a unique link that they may use to promote NGD Care products through:
- Websites, blogs, social media and emails.
- Promotional material, such as banners and texts, is provided by NGD Care. You can find this on the website if you are logged in as a professional.
- Affiliates may not use deceptive or inappropriate marketing strategies, such as:
- Spam emails.
- False claims about the products.
4. Active Participation
•Affiliates should remain actively involved in the NGD Care community by:
- Participation in webinars and updates.
- Compliance with the guidelines of NGD Care.
- NGD Care reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts and resale accounts in the event of inactivity or violation of the terms and conditions.
5. Termination of the Account
•NGD Care reserves the right to block or terminate an affiliate account if:
- The affiliate does not meet the conditions.
- There are inappropriate or misleading promotional practices.
- There is no longer active involvement in the NGD Care community.
