Personal data we process
NGD Care processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:
- First and last name
- Address
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by telephone
- Information about your activities on our website
- List of customer contact information via an app
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify that a visitor is over the age of 16. We encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities in order to prevent the collection of information about children without parental consent. NGD Care processes your personal data for the following purposes:

- Sending our newsletter and/or advertising leaflet
- To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to be able to perform our services
- Inform you about changes to our services and products
- Allow you to create an account
- To deliver goods and services to you
- NGD Care analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and to tailor the range of products and services to your preferences
Automated decision-making
NGD Care does not make decisions on the basis of automated processing on matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without the involvement of a human being (e.g. an employee of NGD Care). NGD Care uses the following computer programs or systems: the webshop runs via WooCommerce, automatic payments via Sisow, postpay via Klarna Ideal.
How long we keep personal data
NGD Care does not store your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following personal data:

- Address
For the duration of 2 years, we carry out an annual check and delete the accounts through which no more orders have been received.
Sharing personal data with third parties
NGD Care only provides information to third parties and only if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@ngdcare.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. NGD Care would also like to point out that you have the option of filing a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
