Description

NGD Care – Green Detox is a powerful superfood formula with chlorella, spirulina and alfalfa. This combination is specifically formulated to help the body detoxify, increase energy , and support immune function in dogs and cats. Due to the high levels of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and essential amino acids, this supplement is very suitable after illness, fatigue or an increased toxic load.

  • Chlorella is rich in chlorophyll and has a strong bond with heavy metals such as mercury, lead and cadmium. In addition, it contains various B vitamins, vitamins C, E and K, minerals such as calcium, zinc and magnesium, enzymes and beta-carotene.
  • Spirulina is a saltwater algae with a very high protein content (including all essential amino acids) and powerful antioxidants such as phycocyanin. It supports the immune system, liver and cardiovascular system, among other things.
  • Alfalfa, or alfalfa, is rich in trace minerals, vitamins and phytonutrients, and contributes to better digestion, metabolism and resistance.

Dosage and use

    • Capsules can be mixed into food when opened or whole.
  • Contraindications
    • Alfalfa has a phytoestrogenic effect. In the case of mammary, uterine and prostate tumors, use it with caution or not to use.
  • Side effects
    • No side effects known at recommended dosage

    • Alfalfa has a phytoestrogenic effect. Risk of ovulation disorders and cycle disorders at high doses.

  • Interactions

    • May have an additive effect to ACE inhibitors, blood thinners, diabetes medications, antihistamines, cholesterol-lowering drugs and antiviral medications. This means that the dosage of the regular medication should be reduced under the supervision of a (veterinary) doctor or that the supplement should not be used.
