About NGD Care
NGD Care is a knowledge-driven nutritional supplement brand and platform for integrative animal health. We develop high-quality supplements, protocols and supporting products for animals, based on current scientific insights and integrative medicine.
Our vision is rooted in integrative veterinary medicine and systems thinking. This means that we approach health as a coherent whole, in which the microbiome, the immune system, nutrition, lifestyle, stress and environmental factors, among other things, are inextricably linked. NGD Care has been developed from 15 years of practical experience in Integrative Veterinary Medicine.
In addition to product development, education is central to NGD Care. We share our knowledge through substantiated protocols, webinars, training courses and in-depth content for both animal professionals and conscious animal owners. Our products are not stand-alone ‘quick fixes’, but are part of a well-thought-out, integrative approach.
NGD Care works together with animal therapists and veterinarians in the Netherlands and abroad. We grow consciously and substantively, with the aim of contributing to sustainable animal health in the long term.
The position
NGD Care is growing in visibility, content and network. In order to shape this growth carefully and consistently, we are looking for a relationship coordinator.
As a Relationship Coordinator at NGD Care, you are responsible for building, maintaining and supervising collaborations with animal professionals and partners at home and abroad. You work from vision and content, not from sales pressure.
In this role, you connect people, knowledge and initiatives. You contribute to growing the NGD Care community (professionals and animal owners) into a strong, international network, in which knowledge sharing, quality and integrity are central.
This position is emphatically not a sales or marketing role, but a substantive, relational position.
You will work closely with:
- The founders
- The marketing team
What you will do
Positioning & brand monitoring
- Contribute to the clear and consistent propagation of the NGD Care vision
- Monitoring the core message direction:
- Animal therapists
- Veterinarians
- (international) partners
- Identifying where deepening, clarification or coordination is needed in order to provide feedback to the marketing department.
Relationship building in the Netherlands
- Visits from animal therapists and veterinary practices
- Conducting introductory meetings based on content and vision
- Building and maintaining sustainable partnerships
(Inter)national collaborations
- Online conversations (Zoom) with potential partners outside the Netherlands
- Exploring opportunities for:
- Collaboration
- Distribution
- Education or Licensing
- Structuring opportunities and feeding them back to the team
Coordinating education & visibility
- Coordinating and organizing:
- Webinars
- Practical evenings
- Online information sessions
- Connecting content (founders) and target audience
Internal link
- Feedback on what is going on in the field
- Identifying recurring questions and needs
- Thinking along about next steps in positioning and growth
