Placing an order is easy via our webshop on ngdcare.nl. You choose the desired supplement or protocol, add it to your shopping cart and go through the checkout process. After completion, you will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail with an overview of your order. Once your package has been shipped, you will also receive a track & trace code to follow the delivery.

The shipping costs are automatically calculated in the checkout, based on the country of destination. Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days . Within the Netherlands, the delivery time is usually 2–3 working days. For deliveries abroad, this may take a little longer, depending on the carrier.

We consciously choose not to include shipping costs ‘hidden’ in the product price. The shipping costs are charged without a profit margin, so you pay for what you actually receive.

We deliver to almost all of Europe and beyond. Some countries have adjusted shipping rates. For deliveries to Switzerland, we work together with a regular distributor and refer you.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. The condition is that the product is unopened and unused. This is important because it involves supplements and hygiene products. Always contact us first before sending a return.

Liposomal supplements contain active substances that are packaged in microscopic fat globules, also known as liposomes. These liposomes are very similar to the cell membranes of the body. As a result, the substances are often better recognized and protected during absorption in the gastrointestinal tract.

We choose liposomal forms because they can support bioavailability. In addition, liposomal supplements are often milder on the stomach and intestines, which fits well with our vision in which the gut environment and the microbiome play a central role.

Our supplements are formulated with as few unnecessary additives as possible. Where possible, we work with natural, easily absorbable ingredients.

In liposomal products, the liposome complex consists of natural phospholipids, similar to the body’s own cell membranes.

Some products contain maltodextrin or acacia fibers as a processing aid to ensure the stability and processability of the liposome complex. Maltodextrin is an excipient extracted from starch that is used in small quantities and usually has few side effects.

The therapeutic dosage is intended for an intensive period of 4–8 weeks, during which the body receives extra support to bring processes back into balance. After that, a maintenance dose is often switched to. It contains enough active ingredients for long-lasting support without overloading the body.

• Essential oils can often give visible effect within minutes through the olfactory organ.

Yes. Cats have a more sensitive metabolism than dogs, especially with essential oils. This has been taken into account in our compositions. It is important to follow the instructions for use.
