Description

QUICK SUMMARY

This supplement helps with: recurrent Giardia, persistent intestinal infections, SIBO, dysbiosis and a gut that does not recover despite treatment.

How does Para Reset work?

Harmful bacteria, parasites and yeasts hide in the intestine behind a protective layer called biofilm . Conventional treatments have a hard time getting through this, which explains why infections keep recurring. Para Reset breaks through that layer with N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) so that the intestine is finally accessible for recovery.
Berberine then tackles the released pathogens in a selective way: it inhibits harmful microorganisms but spares the good intestinal flora as much as possible. That’s the big difference with broadband antibiotics that kill everything, including what you need.
Para Reset is the first step in a broader bowel cleanse. It works best as part of a protocol that also restores the intestinal wall and builds the microbiome.

What does this supplement do?

  • Helps with recurrent Giardia and stubborn intestinal infections
  • Breaks the protective layer of harmful bacteria and parasites
  • Supports the recovery of the liver and intestinal wall after infection
  • Selective: spares the good intestinal flora as much as possible
  • Widely applicable for SIBO, dysbiosis and chronic diarrhea

When do you see results?

Para Reset works in two phases: first biofilm degradation, then elimination of pathogens. From a systems biology point of view, the intestine can temporarily cause more complaints during the cleansing phase before it gets better. That’s normal and a sign that it’s working.

Week 1-2

NAC is starting to break through biofilm. Temporary increase in flatulence or soft stools may occur. This is normal and disappears.

Week 2-4

Berberine tackles the released pathogens. Fewer abdominal complaints, firmer stools, calmer intestines.

Week 4-8

Clearly fewer recurring complaints. More energy. Now is the time to start bowel recovery via L-Glutamine and Gut Barrier Support.

Month 2+

Moving on to the build-up phase of the Bowel Protocol. Para Reset is a cleansing supplement, not a maintenance supplement.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How fast does Para Reset work?

In the first week, the biofilm breakdown may temporarily cause slight flatulence or softer stools due to the release of toxins — this is normal. From weeks 2 to 4, berberine tackles the released pathogens, with a clear decrease in symptoms after 4 to 8 weeks.

Is Para Reset also suitable for Giardia?

Yes. Para Reset is a phase 1 component of the Giardia protocol: NAC breaks through the biofilm in which Giardia hides, after which berberine selectively targets the parasites.

What is the difference between Para Reset and antibiotics?

Antibiotics often kill broad-spectrum, including good gut flora. Berberine in Para Reset works more selectively: it inhibits harmful microorganisms but spares the good bacteria as much as possible, which facilitates the recovery of the microbiome afterwards.

Can I use Para Reset separately, without the rest of the protocol?

That is not recommended. Para Reset breaks through the protective layer and tackles pathogens, but the intestinal wall still has to recover and the microbiome has to be rebuilt afterwards. Without follow-up steps such as L-Glutamine and Prebiotic Fibers, the risk of relapse is high.

Part of a protocol

Para Reset is a phase 1 component of the Giardia Protocol and Intracellular Microbe Protocol. Without breaking through biofilm, other supplements and treatments do not reach the gut well enough.

Works well with

Para Reset cleanses the intestine. The supplements below restore and rebuild what is needed next.

L-Glutamine

After the cleansing phase with Para Reset, intestinal wall repair is the next priority. L-Glutamine is the fuel for the intestinal cells that have to repair the damaged wall. The logical next step in the Bowel Protocol.

Prebiotic Fibers

After clearing pathogens with Para Reset, the space should be filled with good bacteria. Prebiotic Fibers feeds those good bacteria so that they occupy the emptied area.

Liposomal Curcumin

During biofilm breakdown, inflammatory substances are released. Curcumin inhibits the inflammatory response that occurs via NF-kB. Together for a calmer cleaning process with fewer side effects.

Liposomal Glutathione

Biofilm breakdown exposes toxins that the liver has to process. Glutathione supports the liver in this detoxification and protects liver cells from oxidative damage during the cleansing phase.
